Provider transparency

Know who supports your workflow.

We use infrastructure providers to operate TalentBraid and may use an AI provider only when your agreed workflow calls for it. We identify the active providers in your engagement documentation.

Important distinctionHosting providers that process data for TalentBraid are subprocessors. Your own ATS or CRM is a connected system under your agency’s arrangements, not automatically a TalentBraid subprocessor.

AWS France

Non-EU engagements are served from Northern Virginia. The specific infrastructure provider and permitted access locations are confirmed in the client agreement.

Optional AI providers

Optional · AI processing

OpenAI

Used only for scoped AI features. Default API abuse-monitoring logs can be kept up to 30 days; some features store application state longer or until deletion. EU regional processing requires an eligible project, supported features, and OpenAI’s relevant controls and agreement. We confirm these settings before EU-only content is sent.

Anthropic

Used only for scoped AI features. Its standard API policy deletes inputs and outputs within 30 days, subject to exceptions for features such as Files API, agreed terms, safety enforcement, and legal requirements. A zero-retention arrangement requires separate approval and applies only to eligible products.

We do not use both AI providers by default. The proposal and DPA identify which, if either, is active and what data is shared. AI payloads are limited and direct identifiers are replaced where the use case permits.

Changes before activation

We discuss a new provider or processing location with your agency before using it for your workflow, and update the engagement’s subprocessor details. The list on this page describes possible providers; it is not a statement that every provider processes every client’s data.
